1000TPH Twin Iron ore feeding system
This system consists of a primary feed hopper in which material is supplied by a truck on an unloading platform as seen and the material is crushed and further conveyed using belt conveyors. The entire plant structures and feeding systems were designed and manufactured in-house.
Services provided were : design layouts, manufacturing, assembly and plant erection.
Vibratory Pan feeder
The vibratory pan feeder is used for volumetric feeding of aggregate at an increased rate of feed to processing and conveying equipments. They provide high rate of production with an even disbursement of the product.
Primary Crusher Skid
The above picture shows the fabricated structure of a crusher skid which is used to feed crushed material into the vibrating screen and further into the discharge belt conveyors.
Primary Crushing Station
The primary crushing station is the first stage crusher which is used to crush rocks/boulders of iron ore into crushed aggregate. The crushed aggregate is then screened and then conveyed using by using belt conveyors to the next stage. All the structures and conveyors were designed and manufactured in-house.
150 TPH 3 stage crushing and screening plant
In the crushing and screening plant the material is crushed in the first stage crusher shown to the right of the picture in which rocks/boulders of iron ore are fed directly into the main feed hopper, the crushed aggregate is then conveyed using belt conveyors into a vibrating screen which screens and separates different sized rocks to the second stage. The aggregate is further crushed and screened in the third stage to obtain fine sized crushed aggregate as final product.
The product conveyor is used to convey fine crushed aggregate like sand and crushed stone. These conveyors are designed and manufactured as per the required product specification and customer requirements.
